One card per message
The card starts with the account the message came to, so nobody answers for the wrong brand. Once decided, it folds into one line. Comments gather into one card per post, with a link to their drafts in the workspace. Direct and comments can go to separate groups or topics.
Send, Edit, or your own words
Each card with a draft has ✅ Send · ✏️ Edit · Don’t reply. To write your own text, press Edit in the group; in a private chat with the bot, reply to the card. It goes to Instagram after a short window with an Undo button. Today the bot speaks Russian; its buttons are translated on this page.
Rules show up there too
The card says when a keyword reply went out. Before a timed draft goes, a warning with a Stop button arrives. Story mentions and new posts come as notices with a preview.
Pair a group in four steps
- Press Pair group in the prtner workspace.
- Write to the prtner bot.
- Confirm your profile in the workspace.
- Add the bot to the group and send the command.
Who can press what
Per Instagram account, the owner decides who may send, reject, see incoming messages and manage workflows. prtner knows each person by their messages in the group, so the log shows a name. A client added as a customer representative sees their account’s cards and does not send. More in prtner for agencies.
