One workspace, many accounts
An agency is one organisation with as many Instagram accounts as it runs. Every card starts with the account it came to: fifteen brands in one group, and nobody answers for the wrong one.
Rights per account
Roles are Owner, Manager, Member and Customer representative. For each account the owner decides who may send, reject, see incoming messages and manage workflows. A person can send for one client and only read another.
A seat for your client
A customer representative sees one client account: its analytics, conversations and cards, and their own Telegram settings. They do not send. Your client sees the work; your team keeps the keyboard.
Rules and drafts per brand
Each account has its own keyword campaigns, timer and character: Friendly, Professional, Playful, Premium or your own words. Drafts read the whole conversation; prices, complaints and promises go to a person. See the AI assistant.
Your team in Telegram
Cards land in your team’s group with ✅ Send · ✏️ Edit · Don’t reply. Press Edit to write your own. Today the bot speaks Russian; its buttons are translated on this page. How the cards work.
A log and a monthly report
Every send is logged with its actor: a person or a rule. The history of Telegram settings cannot be edited. On the 1st, a report per account goes to Telegram and e-mail: messages in, answered, median reply time, busiest hour. It is off until you switch it on.
