These Terms govern your use of prtner, an AI assistant for managing social media on Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

prtner is operated by Limited Liability Partnership DNF (DNF Marketing), Almaty, Kazakhstan ("we", "us"). Questions: [email protected].

1. The service

prtner connects to Instagram professional accounts through official Meta APIs and helps your team with copywriting, comment moderation, and direct-message replies. It drafts content with AI and routes every draft to a human for approval before anything is published.

2. Eligibility & authorization

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
You may connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for maintaining the rights and permissions needed for prtner to act on each connected account, and for complying with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's terms and community guidelines.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use prtner to:

send spam, harassment, deceptive, or unlawful content;
impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;
violate the rights of any person or platform, or any applicable law;
circumvent Instagram rate limits, automation policies, or security measures.

4. AI-generated content

You are responsible for what you publish. prtner produces drafts. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Your team must review each draft before approving it, and once approved it is published under your account and your responsibility.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to your accounts and content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

prtner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service depends on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Telegram, and others) whose availability we do not control.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, prtner and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content published through a connected account after human approval. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim (or, where the service is provided free, is zero).

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using prtner and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or platform policies. On termination, we delete stored credentials as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
