What is prtner?
An AI agent for social media and messaging apps. It replies by your rules on Instagram, reads the whole thread before every draft, and works with your team in Telegram. Threads is in beta.
How does the beta work?
You join the waitlist here. When access opens, we email you how to sign in and connect Instagram. Then we set up your rules with you, with personal support in a Telegram group.
What does it send on its own?
What your rules allow: keyword replies with your texts, a timer that sends a safe draft with a Stop button, a heart on story reactions. The rest waits for Send, Edit or Don’t reply.
Is my Instagram account safe?
It connects through Meta’s official login; prtner never sees your password. Replies keep a set pace, slow down when Instagram refuses, and pause on a spam refusal.
Which channels?
Customers write on Instagram — Direct, comments, story replies — and in Threads, in beta. Your team works in Telegram and the workspace. WhatsApp and Messenger are not supported.
What does it cost?
The beta is free until the end of 2026. The first cohort has 100 spots, with Direct replies to up to 1,000 people a month.
What isn’t ready yet?
This is a beta: prtner can misread a message or misjudge what is urgent. Threads is in beta too. Tell us in the support group when something goes wrong.
